has been appointed as non-executive member of the advisory board.

Anders Lautrup-Larsen holds experience as Executive Manager and director
with e.g. Schibsted Media Group, Eniro, Scandinavia Online and Newsbooster.
His business development experiences counts over 50 international
commercial telecom, media and internet start-ups since 1994 and both his
professional network and competencies are gained through CEO positions,
“hands on” management consulting positions in many countries.

| Mountpoints Ltd. is proud to announce that the web presence has been
released and the company is in business now.
Since foundation of Mountpoints Ltd. in 2007 the two founders have
been very determent about internal business development and
structuring the core business idea. Prove of concept has also been on
the schedule and there has been a lot of pitching and held meetings
with important players – both potential business partners as well as
advertising clients.
Mr. Blaesbjerg has now finalized his Interim Assignment with
MeetYourMessenger and will as of now focus on business development
and the contact to potential clients. Mr. Perz will continuously build
Investor Relations and joint ventures with relevant market players. The
two partners team up in an office close to Kolding, Denmark and the
company is now recruiting both developer and media sales staff in
Denmark, Sweden and Germany.

complicated and whilst advertisers and merchants are struggling to get
the attention of their preferred audience and consumers on the online
scene – latest confirmed by the heavy decrease in the click ratio on

says.
